I went for hot yoga after a long hiatus. I must say I really really missed it! It felt sooooo good! I felt like I really stretched out those weary muscles and detoxed all the toxins out of my body!
I want to start a 10 day hot yoga challenge; that is to do an hour of hot yoga everyday! Anyone in with me?? (^_^)
I have been painting with acrylics and drawing with my copics. Here's a drawing in progress.
I love art; it is my therapy. I feel so calm and happy and relaxed when I create something cute and beautiful :)
